Boasting fantastic views from its elevated perch in Hermanus, right up against the mountain overlooking town and the bay, this custom-built luxury guesthouse also offers the perfect balance of privacy and socialising. There are plenty of attractively curated spaces in which to relax – catch some sunshine on the pool deck, gaze at the sea view from the rooftop terrace, enjoy the tranquil indigenous garden or cosy up beside the fire in the lounge with a glass of wine.

There are just five individually decorated rooms, with spacious ensuites and all the extras (plush robes, Keet & Monks amenities, heated towel rails). It’s a “home from home” guesthouse with excellent service and welcoming hosts who’ve thought of everything, including a downstairs lounge with a fireplace and outdoor patio, an upstairs bar-lounge with a TV and terrace, a wine cellar stocked with local labels, a splash pool and sun deck, a Karoo-stone braai area (with catered braais on request) and a rooftop deck for sundowners.
