Languedoc Farm: The Cabin
Sitting at the foothills of the Stellenbosch Mountains in the beautiful Blaauwklippen Valley, Languedoc Farm is flanked by grazing horses in lush, green meadows. Here, visitors can look forward to a delightful eco-cabin stay, complete with a garden filled with 70-year-old liquid amber trees that create a sense of enchantment. A garden path leads down to the Blaauwklippen River, where you’ll find a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the scenic sights and sounds of the rich birdlife.
There are three accommodation offerings on the farm, but it’s the secluded one-bedroom wooden cabin that offers a true reprieve from city life. With its luxury furnishings, Languedoc Cabin boasts an open-plan living area with a closed-combustion fireplace that quickly cosies up the whole space.

Good to know
This may be a blissful rural escape, but (unlikely as it may seem when you’re there), the bustling centre of Stellenbosch is only 10 minutes away.
