The secluded, self-catering Klein Nektar Farm Cottage is the ultimate spot for unhindered, low-key relaxation. Nestled amongst the olive trees, the cottage is completely off-grid, which means there’s no electricity or WiFi – but solar lamps, a gas-water heater, gas fridge/freezer and gas stove/oven ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Accommodating up to four guests in two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom, the cottage also boasts a charming open-plan living area including a fully equipped kitchen, lounge with a fireplace, and a dining area, all nestled under an authentic reed ceiling. The wrap-around terrace is the perfect spot for chilled summer braais, offering a number of seating areas and views of the surrounding olive groves and horse paddocks, while the Kolkol hot tub is perfect for sundowners on a balmy evening.

The hosts provide complimentary bottled water, instant and filter coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt and pepper, a bundle of firewood and a few additional surprises.
